February is often associated with the heart - Valentine’s Day anyone? However, before we look to others for love we must take a look within. I will be discussing the meaning of self love and how it looks through each lens of the four dimensions in ROOTED+WINGED. Self love isn’t about instant gratification. We must nourish our mind, body, and spirit to create endurance for this adventure we call life!
