REVEAL is a holistic 5oo-hour comprehensive Pilates teacher training designed to provide trainees with the skills to teach clientele on both mat and the apparatus. More importantly, this training allows space for each trainee's passion and purpose for the method to create (or REVEAL) their unique teaching style.

We start with the fundamentals of the Pilates method and cover Mat exercises and the Reformer. You may choose to start with just this portion ending in April or register for the full 500-hour comprehensive course lecture hours ending in May.

This comprehensive teacher training includes:

• History, Ethics, and Pilates Principles

• Anatomy of Movement and Body & Gait analysis

• Full classical Pilates mat repertoire and pre-pilates movement

• Pilates Equipment repertoire including Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrel, and accessories

• Programming and class design

• Special Populations: common injuries, modifications, contraindications, and pre and postnatal protocol.

• Pilates culture and brand

• Business practices, website, and social promotion
