REVEAL is a holistic 5oo-hour comprehensive Pilates teacher training designed to provide trainees with the skills to teach clientele on both mat and the apparatus. More importantly, this training allows space for each trainee's passion and purpose for the method to create (or REVEAL) their unique teaching style.

This Fall, we will start with the fundamentals of the Pilates method and cover Mat exercises and the Reformer. The remaining apparatus will be scheduled for the beginning of 2022.

Included in the Fall 2021 Portion:

• History, Ethics, and Pilates Principles

• Anatomy of Movement and Body & Gait analysis

• Full classical Pilates mat repertoire and pre-pilates movement

• Pilates Reformer apparatus and accessories

• Programming and class design

• Special Populations: common injuries, modifications, and contraindications

• Cultivating culture and experience for clientele
