Release: Specialty Movement Class

This 1.5-hour class will leave you altogether RELEASED, relaxed, and unwound as we head into the final (and sometimes most busy) weeks of the year. The session will use self-massage techniques, therapeutic movement, foam rolling, and a curated music playlist.

Limited to 9 spots. No experience required.

*do not operate heavy machinery after this class ;-)
